Automate pallet handling and transport, your way
Automation is not an end in itself. It is about making smarter use of people, resources and time. And that looks different for every company.
Some want operators to work more independently and efficiently, while others are looking for solutions to reduce forklift journeys. Sometimes it is the desire to be able to work through the evening without staff on site, or to work more efficiently in multiple shifts. Whatever the challenge: with the right deployment of resources – manual, semi- or fully automated – there is often a lot to be gained.
For example, a large Belgian retail organisation deploys 4 KUMATECH Pallet Dispensers Goldline to quickly and easily provide operators with pallets to prevent physical strain and work more efficiently. read the full story here.
That is why at KUMATECH we have a wide range of Pallet Dispensers, each with their own strengths – from mechanical to fully automatic, from basic unit to smart AGV combinations. With expansion modules, various infeed and outfeed options as well as flexible deployment within existing processes.
Sometimes the emphasis is on ergonomics, sometimes on space, sometimes on capacity, but always on continuity.

Sometimes it makes more sense to start with an AGV that takes over repeated trips. That is the beauty of our solutions, they complement each other well and are easy to integrate, allowing you to scale up step by step. What is a smart tool today can be part of a fully automated logistics flow tomorrow.
In the video below, a nice interplay of our AGV Pallet Jack with the Pallet Dispenser Basic Line. With this combination, the press brake is automatically supplied and unloaded with pallets, allowing production to continue for a long time without interruptions. With the new shift the next day, the pallets can be replenished.
